Congratulations to the Somerville High School Marching Band on another successful performance at the Ludwig-Musser Classic at MetLife Stadium. In their first season in Open Class, which is the highest division of marching band, The Ville received a season high 87.0 and won the caption awards for Best Color Guard and Best Percussion. In addition to winning the captions, both Color Guard and Percussion scored higher than 45 other bands in all divisions!
The Ludwig-Musser Classic is a great opportunity for marching bands to showcase their talents and compete against other top-level bands. The competition is judged on a variety of factors, including music, visual performance, and overall effect.
