 Somerville Academy of Liberal Arts (SALA) 

The Somerville Academy of Liberal Arts is a partnership between SHS and Raritan Valley Community College.  Currently, in its fourth year, this program allows students to earn an Associate's Degree while simultaneously earning their High School diplomas. Somerville Medical Sciences Academy (SMSA)

The Somerville Medical Sciences Academy is a partnership with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset that was established prior to the 2015-2016 school year.  In this program, students spend a portion of their day at RWJ for courses in the areas of Biological Science and Allied Health Care. Tomorrow's Teachers

Tomorrow's Teachers is an innovative course designed to attract talented young people who possess exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills to consider a career in teaching.  The program seeks to provide high school students insight into the nature of teaching, the problems of schooling, and the critical issues affecting the quality of education in America's schools.  The Tomorrow's Teachers program includes the prerequisite Introduction to Education course as well as the opportunity to observe classrooms.  In addition, students also earn possible college credit.
